The subject of the contract is the purchase of technical communication goods.

6 Payment:

You pay the invoice amount after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer to our bank account stated there. Payments are due immediately without deduction.

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation as described in the cancellation policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

8 Warranty

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory right of liability for defects shall apply.

For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we shall always be liable without limitation
